Leadership as an Identity

As an individual, I have read and listened to many perspectives on leadership, but Crawford Loritts brings a fresh, practical lens to this context. The vast majority of leadership texts focus on doing. Loritts focuses on being which ensures fulfillment of God’s assignment for our lives and a lasting legacy.
So, do you have an assignment from God? If yes, you are a leader. You have followers and you wield influence. Do you want to leave a lasting legacy? If yes, you and I must passionately pursue four traits to ensure fulfillment of God’s calling on our lives. Here they are:
Brokenness
Uncommon Communion
Servanthood
Radical, Immediate Obedience
